History
Founded in 1960, its market share has increased over the years so that it is
now a multinational ceramic industry with production plants and business units in
Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Singapore, and the USA. The development and
rapid growth of the company culminated in 1996, the year it was listed on the Milan
Stock Exchange. Ultimately, in 1999, under the strategic guidance of its Chairman,
Oscar Zannoni, it finalised the merger with Industrie Ceramiche Cisa Cerdisa; the new
group created is now one of the leading producers of ceramic tiles in the world. |
